Bloody Show?

TMI but is this my bloody show? I had a bunch come out yesterday when I was peeing in the middle of the night but it was like a glob that just immediately fell in the toilet when I flexed. Had this lingering this morning. For reference, I lost my mucus plug a few days ago. With my first I lost it and went into labor a few days later but didn’t have a bloody show. Could labor be near? I’ve had bad cramps all morning but nothing consistent enough or strong enough to time. My first I had back labor and no indication labor was near other than the mucus plug (which I know can regenerate and mean nothing) but the contractions in early labor were very obvious to me because of the back pain. For reference, I had my first at 38+1 and started laboring on 37+4 and am currently 36+5. My first was measuring two weeks ahead and came two weeks early and this one is measuring four weeks ahead so my OB and I are thinking she’ll come early as well.

To add: I know people have noted it needs to be more dramatic but I also have seen people with similar experiences so not sure if anyone else has had this or if they’ve had lingering discharge following the larger amount coming out

It’s really hard to say. I had discharge like this a few times during my first two pregnancies and was told it’s an irritated cervix. Which I mean for me it was. I’ve also lost gross amount of mucus (like discs/lengths to my knees kinda mucus) already despite being 28wks. My first I was induced. Second came at 38+6. How’s baby been moving? And how’re you feeling overall?

@Sharnee her movement has definitely decreased the more cramping I have been experiencing. I didn’t really have a build up to labor with my first, everything just happened all at once. I’ve been experiencing a lot of symptoms that would indicate labor coming but as we all know they can be dismissed as dehydration or the body just preparing. I’ve had diarrhea, cramping, extreme pressure, she dropped like a week ago (which with my first he dropped about a week before he was born), peeing more frequently, nausea has returned, and nesting for sure (not sure if this is anxiety induced or not because I think she’s coming early lol).

@Sharnee it’s hard because I lost a good amount middle of the night and felt it fall out and looked in the toilet but it was the middle of the night so I don’t know if it was darker in color. I’ll talk to my partner and call at the least to see what’s recommended. Unfortunately I produce large babies so we expect decreased movement nearing labor because there just isn’t enough space. Like I said, I’m 36+5 and she’s measuring 4 weeks ahead.

I understand where you’re coming from and I’m sure you know that measurements can be off. However I don’t know who told a decrease in movements was normal? Slightly different feeling in the intensity of movements maybe but not a decrease.

@Sharnee it happened with my first and wasn’t a concern because of my size and his size but I don’t know, that’s what I was told. My first measured smaller than he ended up actually being so maybe I’ll be lucky in that they are over estimating with this one lol

I stopped feeling my first (who measured 2wks ahead) at 40wks exactly and was induced that day. He was on the smaller/average size. I’ve always been told to call for a decrease in movements. Have you spoke with triage ??

@Sharnee I haven’t but I will because now I’m a little nervous lol. She’s still responsive to touch and all that. She’s already engaging and like I said it happened with my first. But on the off chance we need to go in and anything crazy happens we have to coordinate pick up for our son with daycare and get the car seat situated in my sister’s car.
