Size 3 but only because she’s on anti-reflux milk so it’s thicker
We use size 2 but we're considering going back to size 1. It's a bit of a catch 22: Size 1 - takes him close to 30 mins per bottle and he falls asleep on it Size 2 - gulps down bottle in 5-7 mins and then cries cause he ate too fast!
I use the X ones for mam bottles :)
@Mantha I have the same issue, but with size 2 & 3. 3 was just too fast but 2 was too slow. I decided to slightly pierce the hole on the size 2 with a large safety pin. Just enough for the milk to flow a little easier. LO is so much happier now

We use X ones! She drinks so much better than 3
@Mantha my boy did this when he was on tommee tippee bottles, we switched to mam and then he was fine!! i’d recommend switching bottles x
