I’m under perinatal team. I have been from beginning of my pregnancy and my baby girl is 18 weeks x
I'm currently going through this and it's helped so much
@Asha your probably be under same service as me as I’m also West Sussex (burgess hill)
Please do not be ashamed 💖 a child is a huge adjustment in your life and I'm sure having two kids has even more challenges as well! There's absolutely no shame in getting help and lots of women feel this way 🩷 it's not easy no matter how much you love them. I hope the counselling helps 🥰
I've been under them my entire pregnancy and still with them now and my daughters 19 weeks. It's been really good for me... Don't be ashamed... It's a hard job and a huge adjustment! I hope it helps ❤️❤️
@Jodie yes we probably are! I hope it is helping you as well :)
I meant postnatal depression! Thank u ladies. It makes me feel better. I hope it helps
Don’t feel ashamed of your feelings, it doesn’t make you any less of a mum. I’m not experiencing any of this however wanted to suggest contacting the maternity hospital you delivered at and requesting a debrief, they are supposed to offer it but if they haven’t it’s their duty. Also if partners want a debrief it not at the same time as mum that should be granted also. What hospital did you deliver?
I also feel ashamed that I haven’t been coping as well as I should be. I have a toddler and an 18 week old and it’s been tough
