The injection is really tricky because some people their normal cycles return straight away and others take several months to a year. You'll need to wait a little while as you're only just outside the 12 weeks now, so you'll have to wait until you ovulate to be in with a chance of conceiving.

First time I missed my July injection, pregnant by the December, didn’t have my periods return in that time. Second time, I came off it in January 2022, wasn’t preventing pregnancy nor actively trying either, didn’t fall pregnant until August last year after 4 months of ‘actively trying’ and tracking periods and ovulation, so really hard to say! X

It takes quite a while with the injection (I know it’s different for everyone) it took probably about a year for my period to go back to some kind of regularity and then around 7 months to get pregnant x
