That’s what I’m seeing also. Mine is protruding through my vagina wall so I have come to terms that surgery is needed
I had a minor prolapse and I just got PT for it. Wait for the eval, maybe you can fix it with a pessary
I hope so
Ughhh this is my sign that I need follow up on this. When I went at 3 months pp they said my bladder was still low. Now I’m nervous
So PT worked ?
Did you experience any pain with yours ?
I never had pain, mine just lead to a lot of leakage and sometimes pressure when I went to the toilet but I think it got better through PT
Mine is protruding 3in out of my vagina wall I don’t have leakage just feels like a bad uti
I’m happy to hear you were able to fix with PT
Ive got a prolapsed bowel, it was fairly severe. I have had a lot of PT and chose not to have surgery. My symptoms as massively reduced. Even if you had surgery you'd need to have a lot of PT. Good luck!
Me too! I went to the dr about 3 weeks ago for it and she said it’ll resolve on its own. I’ve been doing kegals and even though it’s become a tiny bit better, it’s still there. I feel embarrassed and it’s ruined my sex drive
I had a prolapsed cervix
I had a prolapsed uterus and opted for a hysterectomy where my ob also secured my bladder in place with a few stitches. The procedure to have your bladder anchored back wherevit needs to be shouldn't be too bad but you will be tender for a while. Had my procedure done when my baby was 10 months and 2 weeks after she had covid
@Sera Kay ✨ it is quite a long road. I've been having PT for 4 months. 2 x week to start and now 1 x week. Then also kegals every night, when evercising, coughing, lifting. But it can get better. I felt so disgusting amd wrong when it first happened and cried a lot. Sex felt impossible. But now I am better and better all the time and often dont think about it much

@Jodie Omg what was the treatment for that?
@Sera Kay ✨ yes it’s so embarrassing
It's not embarrassing babes, it's not uncommon and when you think about it your whole body carried and pushed out a baby ❤️
@Stephanie Omg is she ok ? That sounds like a nightmare
Thank y’all for sharing your experiences 💗💗
@Sosa it happened when I was already in the hospital so they told me so to be honest I couldn’t wee and I was sitting on the toilet trying to wee and then all of a sudden it felt like I had a basketball hanging from me, it was awful and then loads of doctors was running in pushing the red button for more people to come because it was completely out of me and I didn’t know what was going on, it was hanging onto my insides and it was so painful but the one lady literally put gloves on and shoved it back inside of me
I've just had an operation for it as it was too low down for pelvic floors to help xx
@Jodie holy shit Jodie I’m so glad you’re ok!!
Idk after I had my baby I felt like (and looked like) my vagina was like a gaping hole. It was super embarrassing and I was very self conscious about it. Then I noticed I felt like a ball was in my vagina when I was just at ease and moving about. I could feel it if I just laid my finger in the opening too. I googled and read about uterine prolapse and self diagnosed and was so fucking scared it told me I would just live with it forever and to make sure I didn’t cough or get constipated otherwise it would probably fall out. I was sobbing in bed for hours and knew I would never have sex again. But when I got to my OBGYN she said no it wasn’t my uterus but a bit of my vaginal wall and to start pt and do kegels. I didn’t know how the hell I would do pt twice a week with 3 children and a lot of other responsibilities. So I didn’t and I just tried to do kegals all through out the day. I’m 6 months postpartum now and it’s mostly all back to normal down there now. I don’t feel anything.
My point being that you’re right Google is hella scary. Don’t listen to the shit just do everything the doctor tells you and is possible. If you’ve had a ct and it says it’s descended then absolutely start therapy. But you’re not going to die. It will likely improve load after therapy and kegels so let’s just get started!!
Hi, I am 7 months pp and have the same issue. Unfortunately other than doing pelvic floor exercises they don't do anything unless you can't retain urine.
I informed myself on it because I was scared I'd have it and apparently it's mostly solved through surgery :/
