@YazmynJade size A and vaginal birth. I followed instructions on the box for the size. I don’t feel it at all while sitting down or laying down, but when I’m moving around I feel it and I can feel it is moving down, that’s when the stem comes out and becomes uncomfortable. Not sure whether to cut it off completely, only have a tiny bit of it left now or try a different brand
So you're definitely using the right one according to their suggestions however it could be too big for you so a size b could be worth a try. The stem is fully optional so try cutting it off. I used to wear one before kids and would have times where I could feel it when moving around as your muscles move down there a lot more than you ever realise when you walk and unlike a tampon that's rigid the cups squishy and moves with the muscles
You've actually reminded me I need to dig my old one out and give it a try post kids as I had a double c section so don't have to size up
Ah thank you, I thought maybe I needed a bigger one instead to stay in place 😅 I’ve trimmed the stem more, but still finding it uncomfortable, so might fully cut it off and try it then. I’ve been looking at other brands, but I suppose they all about the same. When I was buying it, boots own brand did suggest a different size to a moon cup, I did think it’s strange, so maybe I will try a different size.
What size moon cup are you using and how did you give birth?
