MAM bottles - help 😂

Up until the last day or so my husband has been doing all the bottle prep but as he’s back at work next week (LO is 23 days old) I decided I should probably learn…I’m so confused re the MAM self sterilising bottles. The instructions say you need to dry after sterilising (using microwave) but also say in order for them to kept sterile for 48 hours they must be kept in the configuration that they’re put in the microwave in. Help 😂 my worry is that if I disassemble them after the microwave and put on the bottle rack to dry they will be contaminated as will take a while to dry and will be out in the open? We do have a UV steriliser but the MAM bottles say you can’t put them in a UV Machine - any advice on what to do after the microwave would be gratefully received!!

I don’t dry them just get them out if the microwave and put them together without touching any bits x

@Amy do you assemble them back as they were ready to be used as a bottle?

Yeah assemble it all back together but like I don’t touch the teat or another other than the outside of the bottle x

I have MAM bottles and use uv steriliser, they’ve turned slightly yellow but no other issues x

I was under the impression you don’t touch them after they come out, leave them set up as they are, don’t dry and don’t put back together and use within 48 hours x
