Going back to work

How is everyone dealing with going back to work? I've just been referred to occupational health to get some counselling and just started on sertraline. Both to help with anxiety surrounding my little girl but I feel like I just want to cry every day. I don't want to leave her 😭 Anyone else feeling the same?

i am staying home for another year .. she is too little to go to nursery , i cant leave a baby that does not talk or walk for all day to someone else , also by giving away all my salary ..

@Agne wish I could! I've dropped to 29 hours but really want to drop further

I’ve done it once went back full time after my son, and I’m doing it again 7th jan. It’s hard, but you can do it, and it does get easier, and u do it because you love them and want the absolute best for them ☺️ if u don’t want to go back to work you don’t have to, it’s whatever works for your family. But yes anxiety is a major part of it it’s a fear of not knowing how you’ll cope but trust me, you just do. My girl will be at a nursery 8.30-3 everyday whilst I work until 5, but financially it makes sense for us. Doesn’t mean I enjoy it tho. You’ve got this xx
