The dreaded Hand foot & mouth! 😱
Soo my now 7yr old little boy has just gotten over HFM .. he was so poorly with it that he could barely eat or drink due to the ulcers in his mouth, throat and ears 🫣.. This week he is just so tired and seems so unwell but other than his ears hurting he doesn't know how he feels bless him.
He is Autistic and he does feel touch and things that may not hurt others are so much more heightened for him so I wasn't sure whether it could be that or if HFM generally does make you feel quote rough after? 😕😫

HFM is usually accompanied by a rash on hands and feet. Mine is currently going through the same thing 10+ ulcers on lips, chin, tongue. I have been told by a dentist it is a viral infection and nothing can be done except taking paracetamol to get fever down. It is horrible to see him not being able to drink or eat anything.
