Christmas

FTM here, what is everyone getting their newborn for Christmas if anything. The family asked for a wishlist and I just put toys he could use in a few months to a year. My his band and I were just gonna donate to his college fund. It’s boring but more useful.

I was struggling with this too! We told family diapers, wipes and books. I am a second time mom but she doesn’t really need anything right now as she will only be 7 weeks old and we got stuff at our sprinkle lol. Some family is also giving money that we can put in her savings account. My son was 6 almost 7 months old for his first Christmas and he got clothes, books and toys! And money for his account.

My 3 yr old got sister a stacking toy, but we are only giving a gift of some pacifiers that she seems to prefer that we only have a couple of... If she didn't have a sister who will ask about this one needing gifts, we probably wouldn't be getting anything.

We did a high chair some development toys and a cocker for travel this summer and clothes. Basically things he will need that we didn’t need to buy before he was born.

My little one will be 7 weeks for Christmas, we aren’t doing anything really as she is too young to really know anything or remember. I got her play mat ball pit but already gave it to her cause I couldn’t wait lol.

Sensory toys and tummy time imagery books. Any floor play toys!

We did diapers wipes, back up binkies, some more blankies, and some wrist rattles. I honestly told my mom to make a list and just run with it cause I didn’t have a clue in the world and considering I myself was born 3 days before Christmas I figured she’d know what to get lol

For my first, we just got her clothes and I felt bad! She was 3 months old. So this time I'm also wrapping up toys he will play with in a few months. I'm also doing that for his sister cause she's three now, and it'll give her more to open and give her a chance to be excited for her brother cause he's getting something.
