Raspberry leaf tea I've heard
@Panda that’s actually supposed to be drank from around 32 weeks to prepare your uterine muscles for an easier labour, it cannot induce labour itself that’s a myth xx
So I went down the beach on Thursday walked allllllllll day and went into labor Saturday 😩
And normally they won’t induce u till 41-42 weeks so u have time!
My birth doula called it a “guess date” haha. My baby came at 40 weeks 5 days. The end is so tough- hang in there!
Walking! Birthing ball hip circles - stay hydrated! But I’ve heard walking is the best !
Don't worry at all about not giving birth on your due date. Women rarely do. With my first I gave birth at 40+3 and with my second at 40+6. I was scheduled for an induction at 41 weeks but if I had gone over I would've cancelled it and agreed to daily monitoring. Baby will come when they wanna come and are most ready. It's your choice, as long as you and baby are healthy and you are making an informed decision, don't let anyone coerce you into anything. That said, walking, curb walking, squats, hip circles and thrusts on the birthing ball, relaxation and self care as stress will be counterproductive. So maybe a nice massage or some pampering like a warm bath with a scented candle and some positive affirmations playing. Check out Bridget Teyler doula on youtube for some tips. I love her content!
walking! and apparently the miles circuit if you haven’t tried that! walking is tough for me too atm and i’m not even full term so maybe the miles circuit would be your best bet. google, or tiktok and it’ll show you it’s just a few positions that you hold for around 30 minutes or so to get baby into position ❤️
