C section stay?

Does anyone know the minimum stay for a C-section in Toledo at Bay Park? Also, am I legally able to leave once I’m able to walk around? I know that’s not typical but my husband is not allowed to take more than one day off (day of c section) there is no way around this as we have no family here and three other children
