About a year honestly , I lost way too much weight pp

I donā€™t exactly feel āœØconfidentāœØ espically after him being my 2nd under 2 type situation lol but heā€™s 3 months now and it being winter I get to be cozy and indoors most of the time and Iā€™ll worry about my image when itā€™s nicer out but even then you just gotta keep it pushing and not think to much about it tbh šŸ˜‚ Itā€™s like dancing like no oneā€™s watching when you do get to be apart of society I started therapy and thatā€™s helped me a little

It took a while to feel more myself. However what helped A LOT for me with adapting to my ā€œnew bodyā€ was getting new clothes that fit. Clothes that donā€™t fit can make you feel real crappy. I got a couple new pairs of jeans, a new pair of work pants, etc. Because I feel that attempting to fit in pre-pregnancy clothes was the worst part of it and made me feel so frustrated.

iā€™m almost 9 months pp and iā€™m still struggling with anxiety but i started therapy again two months ago and it has helped me so so much, it is my ā€œme timeā€. beyond that tho walking and exercising helped me drop weight somewhat quickly which made me feel more confident and more like the version of myself iā€™m more familiar with. i think just recently i started really loving myself and feeling confident again.

I donā€™t know how far into PP you are, but Iā€™m 7 months PP and I up until about 6 months I felt body conscious but had to remind myself I GREW A HUMAN! Itā€™s hard but give yourself grace and be proud of your body! I have done 2 things more recently over the last few months a) bought clothes that fit my new body and b) I just started working out about 6 weeks ago with RWL (Results, Wellness, Lifestyle) which has helped me loose weight.. I hated working out but now, I am enjoying it SO much!! Iā€™ve done their New Beginnings workout which is max 30 minutes so it worked for me to be able to do it when baby naps but they also have a whole section on pre and post pregnancy! Hope you find something that works for you xxx

16 months.. my son is 18 months now. iā€™m not confident yet but i definitely donā€™t cry about my body anymore so thatā€™s a step.

Iā€™m just now 5 months pp finding confidenceā€¦ look in the mirror and say affirmations either out loud or in your head play some music and look at yourselfā€¦ always helps me ā€¦ sometimes Iā€™ll do my eyebrows play with my hair

My son is 19 months and I just started liking what I see in the mirror again. I was very slow to loose the baby weight and still have about 10 pounds to go. It takes time so give yourself grace and try not to rush things. Youā€™ll get there eventually

Iā€™m 1 week + 6 days postpartum with my second baby. I feel okay, honestly. I just need to watch my eating now that I can pig out so I donā€™t gain so much šŸ˜…
