my baby’s stomach looks like that too when he lays on his back or he’s in certain positions i think it’s just maybe a more prominent muscle? his doctor hasn’t said it’s an issue and he’s almost 2 now (it’s looked like that basically forever) but of course still ask your doctor about it if it concerns you

My son has a hernia also, pediatrician said it would go away on its own with time

My little girl has one also. Hers only shows up when she’s crying/angry. The health visitor told me she wasn’t concerned as it was barely noticeable and it should sort itself out. I wouldn’t worry but also if you are concerned, definitely get a professional opinion 🥰

My little boy is nearly 3 and has had once since he was born and because it’s slightly above his belly button it won’t resolve itself so they’ve booked him in for an operation in April. Super nervous as he will only be 3 but apparently they do it all the time on smaller children so will see how it goes 😅🫣

It doesn’t look like a hernia to me or perhaps very mild if it is My daughters went by 6 months If can push down and no discomfort its fine
