I’m having the same problem, my hair is so thin😭

@Jess honestly it’s getting my confidence down so bad

Months 3-6 were pretty bad but then it slowed right off (8 months pp now)

take your prenatal vitamins! Only thing i can think of. It’s not something you can stop unfortunately it’s all about the body hormones. Your body shuts off the hair growth cycle whilst pregnant (as it’s not a necessity and it’s focusing on growing bubba) and so after you give birth all the hair fall you should have had during pregnancy is happening all at once!! It does get better x

if you think about how much hair fall you should have spread out over 9 months… but instead it’s happening over a few months, it feels like a lot

Rosemary oil mixed with castor oil helps. It does settle down. Sometimes it can take up to 12 months. But it will settle. Hair is temporary in its stages. Its important to manage stress as this harms the hair quality also.
