Mine has been taking gummies for a few months now. I think the 3+ is because they can be a choking hazard but you know your kid best
I add this to his bedtime milk, it tastes like orange https://www.boots.com/haliborange-multivitamin-liquid-250ml-10000768?cm_mmc=bmm-buk-google-ppc-_-PLAs-_--_-pmax_health__gg_shopping__vitssupps___pmedia&gad_source=1&gbraid=0AAAAA-AdmwTH2ZRh9SmwuW5_ns7fW98YO&gclid=Cj0KCQiAvbm7BhC5ARIsAFjwNHtz-fsJCUgSDTY2a2ZG5i7dkPeF8IqOCoLF36TcSW0jTb-wtk7L6dUaAu93EALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds
I asked in the pharmacy and my health visitor about this too as my little boy stopped having milk in the morning with the vitamin drops. They all told me they’re labelled as 3+ because of them being a potential choking hazard, vitamin wise, there would be no harm and perfectly fine for taking. He’s been having vitamin gummies for a few months now. I would just double check with your own health visitor to be extra sure though 😊
I've been using chewables for a while and I don't have a 3year old, I also use sambucol black elderberry liquid which is vitamin c
I give my son spray vitamins, 4 sprays inside the mouth, (BetterYou multivitamins) maybe you could try them
I was recommended mighty kids vitamins. Backed by science to be absorbed better because they contain liposomol. Check them out on insta there are loads of testimonials. Pricey, but they do sales sometimes plus you earn points on your purchases which when add up, you can take off your next order or get a partial refund. They are liquid format for best absorption and my son at first found the taste a bit strange but he loves taking his medicine in his cup now every morning.
I’ve just started Mighty Kids vitamins for my son, they are very very expensive but seem to be the best on the market ingredients wise (a lot of the others have weird stuff and a so much sugar?!) he enjoys taking them, magnesium one has helped him sleep better too x
My girls been having gummies for a while now and she loves them
We’ve used the gummies for about 6 months now, HV said it’s fine, just cut them in half if need be
It sounds like she might be low in zinc which is essential for appetite regulation and can help reduce picky eating.
I was literally thinking the exact same thing but i’m sure 2 month isn’t a big issue so I am considering of getting my LG those chewable gummies for 3+
