id start by treating your body as if its already pregnant like upping hydration, protein, lower caffeine intake and stop smoking/drinking (if you do) you can also start taking prenatals alot of the vitamins in them can help with fertility. and id use a fertility lube that can also help! sending all the baby dust🩵🩷✨

We used a fertility lube and pretty much had sex almost every day. I know they say you don’t have to do it every day but just telling you that I got pregnant after being on birth control for 13 years the first month off of them. I also took those ovulation tests and while it never showed a full positive ovulation test strip, it would show the line being darker than normal and we made sure to have sex on those days.
