My LOs sort of fell out at the back but not entirely. It’s not bald but it’s thin, but also the new hair is thicker so the old hair is there and really wispy which makes it look even balder 😂 Her hair around the rest keeps getting so long now, I have to clip it out of the way of her eyes! She’s almost 7 months now and it started growing back thicker at probably 17/18 weeks!
I always thought that it was because their little heads grow so fast that the hair gets spread out across the head… am I stupid or does that seem reasonable😂
@Chloe I deff thought this 😂
No, my baby never had a bald patch either. I expect her to and i expected her hair to fall but nope
@Francheska you’re so beautiful omg🥺
My now 6 year old lost all his hair at 5 months old! He was born ginger it grew back blonde!
Yes! Came out with a head full of dark hair, my colour and then it all fell out and came back dads colour! Dark blonde 🙄
Mine has that bald patch too and sometimes grabs at his hair to soothe himself and is making himself go bald by rubbing the hair out in certain spots lol 🫠
It’s because that’s where they sleep on. I was very confused with my first and realized that it’s different on kids and specific to where they lie on the most.
Yes. My son nearly lost all of the hair he was born with but it did all grow back eventually and thicker
Yep! My LO was born with dark brown hair, it all fell out and the new hair grew in blonde!
Yes. I switched her sheets to a satin material to help, but she also lost hair from the top of her head from cradle cap. She has really thick hair now at almost a year old and she gets so many compliments. It comes back quickly but yeah, she was born with a full head of hair and quickly balded with some patches of hair here and there for a couple months there.
I was born with black hair that ALL fell out and took over a year to be more than peach fuzz lol but then it grew in curly and blonde! My baby is 6 weeks old and is now bald on the top of his head only… we’ll see what happens!
The back is normal because they rub it out on the mattress. Our girl lost the top like a little old man 😂

I wore/ held him so much so he wouldn't 🤣
Many little babies will shake their head back and forth as a form of self soothing. My daughter did this in her sleep and it caused a patch of her fine hair to rub bald at the back. The rest of her hair (what little there was lol) stayed in place though.
Yep. Massive bold spot, at 9 months is just now almost grown back 😂
