Potty training - oh c@&*!

Me. It’s been 7 days now and very little progress. We went naked for about 3 days and in undies or trousers for 4 days now. I ask where wee and poo goes and my son knows he’s meant to go on the potty but he still doesnt do it himself. I have to prompt him a zillion times but he still mostly wees himself. I’m about to pull my hair out from frustration but playing it cool in front of him. We’ve only successfully weed and pooed in the potty like 3-4 times this whole week!! We start nursery again on Monday so i’m hoping for a miracle this weekend 😂

@Kelly hi Kelly! Sorry just saw this! Yes massive progress! No accidents at home for at least a week now, nor when he is out with us! occasional accidents at nursery which im told is expected and normal as it’s harder for him to always stop what he is doing and tell someone he needs to go potty! We are so so relieved and proud! It took till the 3rd week for it to properly click with him but by the 2nd week we had seen lots of improvement too. I guess all it took was less worry and more patience from us! 🥳🥳🥳
