I think the majority of the time, restricting visitation is only hurting the child and will not affect whether the other parent does or doesn’t pay. If the parent isn’t paying because of financial struggles etc, then not seeing baby will not change that and is only hurting baby and the parent, if they are not paying because they don’t feel like it then it also won’t affect whether they do as they’re likely just an arsehole! Unless you have a safety concern, I don’t believe in restricting visitation - especially just for money! If they are not paying and it is a court order, then just take them back to court and they will make them pay and backdate any missing payments. No reason to punish the child for a parent’s wrongdoings. xx
I think restriction should only be done if there are safeguarding issues. Not to just spite the person
