Miscarriage

I found out last week that I unfortunately I had miscarried after a scan I had a feeling I had as I had a lot of bleeding. But I’ve had spotting on and off since last week which is becoming very annoying as I want to move on and try again but I want to wait till I have a period. I’ve read online and from two friends that have had miscarriages that this can take up to 6 weeks to go back to normal or wen you get your next period and I was also told by EPU to take a pregnancy test tomorrow to make sure it’s no longer positive and if it is to do another one next week to make sure. I just need some advice as I’ve never been through this and even though I believe my friends I still worry Thanks
