Endometriosis Poo

Yes!!! I have bowel endo and my bowel movements aren’t the best! I have flare ups over random food items (there’s no specific trend) where my stomach cramps so badly and the pain won’t go until my stomachs empty! But due to having endo on my bowel it makes it even more difficult to poop 🥲 this in turn causes me leg pain too due to all the stress on my bowel and nerves

No blood thankfully but I’ve started to notice mucus when I do have a flare up and can’t poop properly! Sorry a bit TMI but guess it’s better to share it so my flare up poop has 3 “stages”: 1) constipation, 2) diarrhoea, 3) normal poop! This flare up really takes away all my energy! However buscopan peppermint capsules really really help a lot! It has to be the buscopan brand no other brand has given me relief the way this brand has Hope this helps xx

Hi, just joined so sorry this is late. I also have bowel endo, and yes, have had occasions of blood and such during movements.
