Pelvic Floor exercises

How is everyone doing with Pelvic Floor exercises? Any tips of how you do them? What do you do? Routine? I keep forgetting to do them 😭

Do them as and when, I've been doing them since I was 16, standing, whilst on the toilet, mainly need to do them after birth, I've actually stopped doing them frequently and not had any problems x

There's an app from the NHS called squeezy which reminds you 3x a day (you can edit how many reminders and when). I've been using that and it works well to remind me

I was told to squeeze your bum rather than your front muscles as that works better 👌🏼

I do them when I’m brushing my teeth as it gets me in a routine of doing it daily

There is this toy called Perifit, which comes with some games for your phone, so you play games while you do your squeezes 😄 it is a bit pricey but sounds so much fun

@AG didn't for me, maybe there's a different version for clinicians that you've downloaded by mistake?
