4am - 7oz 9am - breakfast 10am - 8oz 12:30 - lunch 3:30 - 8oz 5:30 - dinner 7:30 - 8oz
5:30 - 240ml (back to bed 6:00-7:30) 8:00 - breakfast 9:30 - 240ml (nap 10:30 -12) 12:30 - lunch snacks 14:00 - 240ml (nap 14:30-16) 16:30 - dinner 18:30 - 240ml
