@Victoria these pics were taken before I took over the class and I do NOT have postpartum moms do standard planks. But just to give you an example of how effective my class is, I have a mom who just had twins and she has virtually no diastasis as of now and looks absolutely incredible and is able to perform amazingly well.

Is this for moms that have a 1 year old? Or just newborns? I’m a SAHM and just moved to the area so I have no sitter yet but would love to start working out again
