I've started getting energy back! I do the Peloton app and believe they have a free trial. Oodles of good yoga on there in addition to a pregnancy specific section in their yoga and weights, plus meditation and breathing etc.
Nike have an entire library on Netflix that might help! I’m starting to feel less like a zombie and thinking of getting back into exercise as well so I’ll be looking on there!
apple fitness is really good if you have an apple watch, but also the nike app ones are good. i’ve just started feeling my energy come back too! and have started playing tennis and running again 🥳 x
