I am! I started mine in March 2024 and I'm down 56 lbs

I’m following Dr. Jason Fungs guidelines for reversing insulin resistance. I typically fast for 24-72 hour periods (with salt water, magnesium, and black coffee or tea), then follow 16:8 in between those periods and try to stick to protein, fats, and small amounts of carbs. But I also have periods where I don’t follow anything and just eat how I want to give myself a break here and there, like over the holiday. I lost 45 lbs last year doing this semi-consistently.
I am sort off tho I ain't to bothered if I don't lose it about getting fitter I wanna loose weight and get fitter but my focus is really walking the dog more and maybe getting a county walk in once to twice a month I got and seen a new exercise routine I wanna do x
