Any ideas

So I’m almost 10 months postpartum and only have a small pouch it’s mainly just skin, I was wondering if anybody had any ideas or options for trying to get rid of it, I know exercising but is there anything else that helped you guys

Have you looked into any cleanses?

If youve got money spare theres fat freezing thats basically non surgical lipo that you can double up with skin tightening thats basically a non surgical tummy tuck its multiple sessions but has a really short recovery time like overnight type of thing so no effect on you taking care of little one

@Louisa thank you I appreciate it , I’m cool with my body but I wouldn’t mind tightening the skin up, if I can’t do it naturally ,I’ll be fine either way ya know.

@Kaya you can do anything if you put your mind to it❤️ as you said originally I think exercise is a big part of it, I’ve contemplated every procedure under the sun but until I’m done having babies I’m just going to embrace it

Mines gone back flat I did have 3 babies but I do squats and crunches and leg lifts from around 4m pp. “exercising” doesn’t have to be strenuous and hard- simply sitting on a chair and lifting your legs up one by one for 20mins a day can help firm up the tummy over a couple months and start to give you more definition and get your waist back.
