Being a stay at home mum is very overwhelming as it feels like ground hog day. Every god damn day is the same time & time again. Is there anyone you can reach out to? To maybe give you a break? Catch up on some sleep or just have some you time? I know it’s not always an option for everyone!
I’ve been telling my husband that I need out so I don’t feel like this but he said “you have no friends what are you gonna go do?”
That sounds pretty rude of him but could you ask him to do a date day with you, let you do a spa day alone, go visit family alone, take a bath, go workout
Get more breaks! I feel overwhelmed a lot (especially now being pregnant) but getting breaks from my daughter and housework help a lot
