1 month ago I started the at home Pilates with an app called BetterMe and I’ve already lost 10lbs I would definitely recommend that

Honestly, just speed walking is a great start. I lost 20 lbs walking for an hour every morning for two months and have been able to incorporate more exercises since losing the weight.
F! I’m trying to same. So far lost 3 lbs just watching my portions, still eating the same things I would & only drinking water. Tik tok has some good videos
