Gestational sac and yolk no feral pole

How far a long are you? B/c that plays a part in it.

How far along are they estimating you based off of sac measurements?

That happened to me too. But 2 weeks later we could see baby and hear the heart beat. It may just be early!

I thought I’m 6weeks 1 day but she said maybe 5 weeks 4 days. She didn’t seem concerned but naturally I’m very panicked now!

That’s almost exactly what happened to me. The math of the dates didn’t line up with what we could see. But everything is fine for me! The dates they use are based on the first day of your cycle, and all of our cycles and ovulation times are a bit different. Nothing to worry about! Try to stay positive 💓

Of course! I was worried too. I tried to say positive affirmations anytime I was thinking negatively and that helped 😊

I went in when I thought I was 6 weeks but they said I was probably 5w2d and it was just an empty sac. Went in again a week later and yolk sac and fetal pole were there. Dont panic!

Since your 5 weeks. I went to the doctor when i was 5 weeks. They only did a confirmation of pregnancy, b/c they knew it was too soon. So i was told come back next month! So you’re still pretty early! Don’t worry you’ll be fine. .

Yes this happened to me. Then the next day i went to the ER because i threw up over 8 times. The ultrasound from the ER revealed the heart beat was 105 at 5 weeks and 5 days. I was also sad. But then it just takes some time :)

This happened to me just a couple weeks ago! We went in for a rescan and have a healthy baby with a heart beat! I was anxious and nervous too, but I’m sure everything is okay!!! Just too early ❤️

Hi! Late to the party but I’m an ultrasound tech and while this is soooo hard, it does happen often. But if gestational sac and yolk sac are both round and cute, then it’s all signs of good pregnancy and just waiting for fetal pole to become apparent. Early fetal pole can sometimes be located close to yolk sac, so very hard to tell between the two. I almost always see it the following week but sometimes we have to wait an additional week, hopefully you get your thumper next appointment 💗

I was told by the ultrasound tech that everything looked normal and sizing etc was measuring at 6 weeks just no fetal pole but she didn’t seem concerned for me at all. I’d had a internal scan too, so now I’m still panicking because I’ve seen lots of women post that they’d seen at this stage on internal 😖

The same happen to me. I should be 8 weeks going off cycle but idk. They told me to come back in two weeks.
