I just had my first at 37. It was fine. I did tried give a lot of importance to exercise and healthy food but I think any pregnant should.
I had my 3rd at 39 7 months ago! It's been a challenge I won't lie, the sleep deprivation is the worst, plus the impact a child has on your relationship is pretty intense
I was 24 with my daughter & after so many years TTC we are finally healthily pregnant again & I'll be 30 any day. I know it's 6-7 years from you but you have no idea how nervous I was being pregnant at 30 lol 😆 I said if we can't by 29 we shouldn't at all because of the Nurses scary word "BERIATRIC" I have been blessed to meet and work with women who had kids mid 30s to early 40s & even the age gap! 7-10+ year age gap & you know what? They don't regret it. It's one of those "if I don't try.. will I regret it?" Moments. I know a handful who stopped trying at 35 & regret it.
I had a baby very young and just had another baby at 36. My babies are 19 years apart. You’ll be great!
Had my first at 34 and it was an easy pregnancy, birth almost exactly as I had planned. Only issue is my pelvis got moved during pregnancy and due to muscle weakness prior to pregnancy it caused some issues but physio has helped loads and it’s definitely not put me off wanting a second child
Im 36 and have had my first daughter in September 2024. Easy pregnancy and labour. Enjoyed pregnancy. Labour painful but I would do it again. Hoping to have a second within the year - took us 14 years ttc so hoping second will come along - if not we are blessed as we are x
I’m 37 and I just had my second he’s one month old. It’s a beautiful experience, given the fact that my daughter is 12 years older. It’s nice to see him and her bond in the most special way.
i was 37 when i had my first…it doesnt feel any different imo! you can do it. if it gets to be too much, you have your husband to lean on. 💜✨
