I have headphones for music/podcasts and I will wear those during difficult days. I was also getting pretty bad migraines/headaches and went to get my eyes checked at the advice of my mom and others. Turns out I needed a prescription for glasses. I very rarely get headaches now that I wear them.

Look up Tim Fletcher's video on depletion on youtube. You sound like a depleted mama. Get help. If you don't have any support or means, call the hotline if you have to. There is help. It can be hard to ask.

Totally agree with the glasses thing, also make sure your hair is not too long or too tight, constantly pulling on your head all day. If your kid is in school/prek, you may just be having a hard time adjusting to having them at home with you during the day over break. If that's the case, get their teacher something nice with a card saying thank you for all you do. Winter is also just a hard season from being stuck indoors with kids. Consider getting a sitter for a night or taking a weekend trip. You might just need to get your kid (or yourself) out of the house, focused on something new.

My Eyes Was Burning For Days Then Got The Migraines

Take a break from the kids. That's the only way I can get my migraines to go away completely 😭. And then after a full day of being able to rest, hydrate, have a full sensory decompression...wear sunglasses and noise dampening headphones phones the following days. As long, however long you need to and have loved ones give you a break until you can get your nervous system regulated. Migraines SUCK. I hope you start feeling better soon🫶🏾. Also, maybe try a warm bath? A warm bath with Epsom salts, turn off all the lights so it's dark, submerge yourself so that your ears are under water, and place a cold ice pack on your forehead. That may be worth a try, too. Stay in there as long as you can.

Google some vagus nerve excercises. Do the exercises even when you aren’t overstimulated. So, that way you are more able to stimulate your parasympathetic nervous system.
