Periods🌹

Anyone's period gotten WAY worse after having your baby. It's been almost 4 years and still super painful. Always thought the flow and pain would go back but nope.

Mine are better since having a child much less painful and more regular too.

For me ir got worse but I came back 2 months ago. I was hoping the opposite after my child 🥲

@Nat ill have to check that out. I don't think I eat enough iron

Before pregnancy, i had my periods for 3 days. After pregnancy, i kept having my period for 2 weeks every month. It wasnt painful, but it felt very uncomfortable like it felt numb and like something was squeezing hard on the inside. I was feeling tired all the time. I went to the gyno, had to get an ultrasound and they found a cyst. I got prescribed birth control and i havent gotten my period yet because i did this recently but overall, i feel less tired and my body seems to be regulating a lot better. I have to take another ultrasound in a few weeks. Maybe birth control will help you? Have you talk to your gyno?

Actually, I WISH I had my period back. My pregnancy was a surprise in between switching BC brands 😆 I used to have the typical "fake" period for about 5 days every month. When i was breastfeeding, I switched to a mini-pill to keep my already-low supply up but the mini-pill is taken every day so I had about 3 or 4 periods after baby adjusting to that pill and now she is 26 months old... I just stopped it 4 weeks ago and my period hasn't come back yet 🙃 I haven't had my cysts checked in about 8 years though since the insurance wouldn't cover it $
