Bottles

For those who are formula feeding-have any of you dropped baby down to 2 Bottles per day? My little one will be 9 months old next week. Middle of the day bottle rapidly dropped over the course of a few days from 7oz to 4oz and then over the last day or two he’s not even really been taking 3oz. Today I’ve tried him without a bottle and just a bit more of a snack and he’s not interested in the bottle at all. So wondering can I go to morning and night bottle instead 7oz each?

I won’t be no, as I believe it’s still the main form of nutrients. I give 4. I did do 7-7-7-7, but I’ve messed about with the Oz a bit (today 7667).

My baby is not really interested in milk anymore, it’s a struggle to get 3/4 bottles in, sometimes he’ll only have 30ml from a bottle. He’s eating 3 big meals a day but I wasn’t expecting him to lose interest to early. I think the national guidance is to still offer 150ml/5oz 4 times a day until 10 months but every baby is different

My little girl has been fussier with her 2 days bottles but I'm still offering them for a good few months. She has 7,7,7,7 and even sometimes one in the night, as well as 3 good full meals and sometimes some additional snacks (I have a toddler so when he eats, she eats 😂)
