long period after BC
hey yall. so i was on the depo shot for 3 years. i took my last shot in july, and it took until december for me to start my period. well i started, but now ive been bleeding for 26 days. has anyone else had this experience? it keeps looking like it’s slowing down and then picks right back up

Your hormones can definitely be weird after finishing BC I would call your doctor and ask them
I was on the depo shot for seven months and bled all seven months. After multiple times of going to the doctor I went ballistic and they finally gave me a pill to stop the bleeding. Maybe that could work for you and do like a reset to your cycle? Otherwise I would just wait it out. They told me over and over again it was normal and it was hormones trying to cycle through.
I bled for 17 weeks straight after I went off depo. My doctor put me on the pill for a month to try and stop it and reset my cycle. Which did work to stop the bleeding.
