We have a carry potty, and have got that out a few times in parks with no toilets!
I wouldn't feel comfortable doing this unless was totally secluded like a hike walk or something. Although haven't been in this situation yet. Can get carry potty. Sometimes if know we aren't going to be near a toilet for a while I stick a pull up on him. It hasn't confused him and never wets it. I know people wouldn't want to do this though x
Yes, gotta do what needs to be done, we have a carry potty but honestly we don't take it with us anymore
We have a carry potty, but have had a few times where we haven’t had it with us and have had to let her do a wee behind a bush or behind the car. Rather do that then her wet herself if there’s no toilets near by x
Yes, we have done it a couple of times when we were desperate and before he could judge and understand his needs properly. (now I can say: « can you hold a bit longer until we find a cafe?) and he says yes or no). It’s been off road and out of sight, of course, like in the bushes.
My 6yr old still has wild wees if we’re at the park or something! As long as you’re discreet I don’t see it as a problem!

My daughter refuses to do it anywhere other than a bathroom, so a no from us 😅 but she can hold it for a while really 😊
@Lilita I ask my wee ones if they can hold it and they literally grab their bums and look confused 🤣🤣🤣
Yes yes yes ! Carry a potty or do in the bushes who cares ?! It’s a child. My seen the doggy wee in the park and then she wanted too ! And that’s 10 min from leaving home and last wee ! Good luck x
