Dry nappies?
Two of the last three nights my LO has woken up with a dry nappy. This has been 8-10h post nappy change. Feeding as normal and nappies are wet every 2-3h during the day. Is this a concern? Anyone the same? Baby is 16 weeks.

I’ve read that when they’re in a deep sleep they go to the toilet less, so could be that they’re just sleeping deeper?

Mine sometimes does this if he hasn’t woken for a feed overnight. Does your baby sleep through? If you have enough wet nappies during the day it’s probably ok, however when my baby was ill we were told that if they go longer than 8hrs it is a possible sign of dehydration.
