Pain

I’m 17 weeks today, I tried to go for a shower but had to come out due to pain I got on my right hand side, it was as if I moved my side the wrong way and it went sore and stiff, also cramping pains x1000 compare to period pains, is this normal or anything I need to worry about? I read something about round ligament pains but can that cause so much pain?
