Same! Im almost 4 weeks pp
I just had my 4th c section 6 weeks ago and have been experiencing the same thing. I seen the doctor last week and she told me that if it doesn’t feel like an internal organ it was likely just the muscular wall taking longer to heal. She said each C-section causes a longer recovery than the last.
I'm glad I'm not only one experiencing it honestly was starting to worry if it was an internal infection or something 😅
It’s unlikely you’re completely healed at only one month pp so hopefully it’s still just normal for during recovery period. If it gets worse, you start bleeding more or just generally worried about it then maybe see your gp.
It’s due to the nerves being cut and can take months - years to heal. But it may also never feel the same as it did before your section.
