@Eviee oh no! Don’t get me wrong the corn looks DELICIOUS. I want some right NOW! lol my daughter and fiancé just aren’t corn eaters 🙄.
@Kish whaaat dang girl, well make a little pot for you then 😆😆 I sautéd the onions, peppers with fresh garlic, bit of black pepper, and a lil salt because I used sweet corn so I didn’t want to mask that. Then dump the frozen corn in and just let it cook, don’t add water, oil nothing. The water from the corn will be enough. Let the corn brown a little and ooo it gives it an amazing flavor. I can’t even describe!
