North little rock

Any mamas around the north little rock area want to be friends? I am 31 years old, sahm, i have a 3 year old daughter and an 8 month old daughter. We currently have no friends. Its about that time of year for birthdays. May and August! So far no one ever comes not even family. So im on a mission to fix that this year because no kid should feel like that.
