wtf just happened

Me just calling back the nicu because I didn’t hear my phone ringing for his daily update. So I call back? The nicu desk lady is this little old bat of a women we’ve seen a few times. One she couldn’t find “me” Alexis lastname on Charlie’s thing. (What..) then does. Then says she’s not sure who called me. Mind you I literally said this is Mrs. Alexis lastname returning dr. Emily’s phone call. But I reiterated. Okay I need to put you on hold (7minutes later) nicu how can I help you? ….are you… this is Alexis lastname returning Dr. Emily’s phone call. I don’t know who that is, I couldn’t find them on my list. Sorry you’ll have to call back tomorrow. Hangs up on me. And I can’t call back and get another person or something because she’s the only lady at the nicu desk till 7pm. 😐 I want to scream.
