Growing pains

Hey, I have noticed mine every now and then has this knee pain sometimes would come lightly which makes him walk slightly and other times comes very painful which stops him from his usual activity so stressing

My son gets bad growing pains. Screams out in the night saying inside his legs hurt. Sometimes lasts just one night others last a while but at the end of the week we can definitely seen he’s grown. It’s just horrible seeing him in so much pain and not being able to do much.
