I got a reclined one from tiktok because most babies have reflux so I don’t want my baby laying flat at all.
We bought one from Aldi for our first & we only used it during the day when I put baby in it next to me. He never slept in it overnight as I’ve read it’s unsafe.
@Kimberley I’m gonna use mine for overnight. Newborns don’t really move in their sleep
@Incognito That’s your call but I personally wouldn’t feel comfortable doing that. It’s more the fact they can overheat. Each to their own though 🙌🏼

It’s a verified SIDS risk to let babies sleep unsupervised in a nest, flat surface on back with nothing in the cot or safe sleep 7 co sleeping is the only way we should put baby to sleep unsupervised. Lullaby Trust. But like Kimberley said to each their own…

IMO don’t get a dupe, nests aren’t safe for unsupervised sleep at the best of times. However can be useful when fully supervised and the best option in my opinion is FB marketplace! You can stick the cover on a high temp wash and even drape a muslin over it and most I’ve seen them go for on marketplace is £30 💪🏻
