Grateful for advice: positive or chemical?

Hi all, tested positive today 11 DPO (first ever in trying for 2 yrs). However have had spotting and moderate cramping since Tuesday leading to what I thought was start of period from yesterday (Thursday). Has anyone else had what they thought was a full-on period and ended up having a baby?

Update: I have tested twice more with different tests and they are coming up positive but i am still bleeding. I have done a blood tests but won’t receive results until Monday. I would really appreciate advice if anyone else experienced this. I am meant to take IVF drugs at start of next cycle so don’t want to miss taking them if this is just the start of my period.

I would say from looking at your yes you are definitely pregnant. What colour is the bleeding? Is it more brownish, red or pinkish?

Hi Julsz thanks for responding. Blood test was negative so not pregnant. The three tests I did must have been faulty or it could have been a chemical
