Pan fried wild caught catfish with roasted Italian Veggies
I have not eaten all day! This is 3 fillets of catfish pan with the veggies fried in olive oil in my cast iron skillet 🍳 I’m trying not to batter my seafood in breading although I loved me some southern fried catfish this is still good seasoned with Cajun , old bay and citrus sprinkled with lemon juice and grass fed butter to top it off

@Terriana yes I also used a lil smoked paprika, even though for my seafood I usually use sweet paprika, Badia roasted garlic powder and onion powder…I love me roasted baked tilapia though 😋
