Shoukd I be concerned?

Started my period on the first of January lasted for 5 days my app currently says I'm ovulating right now and today I found brown coloured discharge and it just kept coming. The app says I'm supposed to get my period in 13 days. I haven't any other symptoms asides from the brown blood headache but thar also could be due to a bad sleeping pattern. I also had protected sex a few days ago I'm not sure if it's like delayed reaction to the intercourse.
