How old? How long has he been at nursery? Does he have a good bond with at least one educator?

@Ella he is 3 y.o and has been to nursery for almost 4 months.

Well he needs a bond with a teacher. Ask them what training they have on dealing with age appropriate difficult behaviours. You can work on emotional regulation skills at home but if he has the behaviour at nursery, only they can deal with it in the moment

@Ella at home he listens or if he cries , usually calm himself very quickly but at nursery he throw himself on the floor, screams. And to make him calm, they have to talk to him at the same level.

Well there's loads going on at nursery that can trigger big behaviour. Missing mum, sharing, feeling unsettled, feeling unsafe, other children pushing or snatching, jealousy, etc. I promise your child isn't the only 3yo to have big behaviour at daycare.
