My 4 month old has started making tantrum-like noises but she's sometimes smiling when she does it. Has she just found her voice or is something wrong??

She just found her voice my daughter is almost 11 months and still does this almost daily. You’ll be able to tell the difference pretty quickly if she is smiling she is just being playful and loud, if she is crying just starts acting angry it will be a big difference in tone.
